    There’s a place called Amber Lotus Henna Tattoos. They will be able to supply you with it. They have a website but it’s down at the moment.

    Yes Jamila henna powder is very good, but I would also recommend Moroccan henna or rajasthani indian henna powders. They have a faster dye release and most of my clients use that on their hair.
    As for buying it locally in Hawaii, I am sorry I really don’t know. You might have to go with an online supplier. Visit and you can find a listing of online henna suppliers in both USA and Canada. I am sure someone can send it to you otherwise.
